FORGES AND FURNACES USE

Yeti Forge LLC manufactures high-quality propane forges capable of generating extreme temperatures frequently exceeding 2000 degrees Fahrenheit. These forges are designed to only be used for heating ferrous metals and never non-ferrous materials. The use of these forges presents significant dangers, including but not limited to fire hazards, explosions, severe burns, and other injuries. By purchasing and using our forges, customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with high-temperature operations and the use of propane as a fuel source.

It is the responsibility of the buyer/owner to handle all Yeti Forge LLC forge products with care and for their intended use. Users must research and verify the suitability of any materials they plan to heat in the forge. Customers must follow all recommended safety procedures, including proper ventilation, regular inspections, and adherence to operating guidelines provided by Yeti Forge LLC. Additionally, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all individuals operating the forges are properly trained and understand the potential hazards and safety protocols.

SERVICES

Yeti Forge LLC provides custom manufacturing and fabrication services tailored to the specifications provided by our customers. By purchasing our custom services and submitting specifications or requests for custom products, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, detailed, and complete specifications for custom products or services. Yeti Forge LLC will rely on these specifications to manufacture the custom item as requested. Any changes or additions to the specifications must be communicated and agreed upon in writing before production begins.

Customers warrant that the specifications provided for custom products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes, but is not limited to, safety regulations, intellectual property rights, and environmental standards. Yeti Forge LLC assumes no responsibility for verifying the legality or suitability of the specifications provided by the customer.

Customers affirm that they have the legal right to request the custom product and that it does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. Yeti Forge LLC is not liable for any claims or disputes arising from the infringement of intellectual property rights related to the custom product. Customers may be required to provide evidence of ownership or authorization to use certain designs or intellectual property.

Yeti Forge LLC will use reasonable efforts to manufacture custom products according to the provided specifications. However, slight variations in materials, dimensions, or design may occur due to the nature of custom manufacturing. Customers should review and approve design mock-ups or prototypes before production commences to ensure expectations are met. Yeti Forge LLC shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of custom products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

MATERIALS

Wherever flammable gasses are used, there are always potential dangers that must be foreseen, and preparations must be made to avoid accidental fires, property damage, personal injury, or even death. Yeti Forge LLC furnaces are designed to be used outdoors or in a well-ventilated shop area, away from any other flammable materials. The user is responsible for the maintenance of the furnace and for regularly checking for gas leaks.

The materials used in the construction and production of our products, including metals, alloys, coatings, and materials used in 3D printing and additive manufacturing, can be at times inherently dangerous. Proper safety protocols and equipment should be used when handling these materials. Users must follow all safety guidelines and instructions. Proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon purchase, the customer agrees to assume all liability for accidents, damage, malfunction, misuse, or personal injury due to the use or possession of Yeti Forge LLC products. Prior knowledge of materials, equipment, and procedures is the responsibility of the user. The user is responsible for researching the intended use of the product before using it.
It is also the responsibility of the buyer/owner to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations regarding the handling, storage, and disposal of materials associated with our products.
